因犯「KUFR」(出教)而受影響的事項

1.如果某穆斯林已結婚，然後犯了出教之罪，那麼此人的婚姻關係就自然失效了(即使沒有離婚，這不算是離婚)。 |
|
If a
Muslim was married and then committed Ri'dda'h, the person's
marriage contract is dissolved (he is no longer married, this is not
divorce). |
|
2.如果婚約已經成立了，但還沒有行房，而後兩人或其中一人犯了出教之罪，犯
此
罪者必須重返伊斯蘭
，並且他們需重新結婚。 |
|
If the
marriage was not consummated, and the spouse who committed Ri'dda'h
then returns to Islam, they need to make a new marriage contract. |
|
3.如果這個婚姻原本是完善的，然後犯了出教之罪的配偶，若是在「
ÇáúÜÚöÜÏøÉõ」【註1】的期限之內重返伊斯蘭，那麼她不需要重新
成立婚約。反之，如果犯了出教之罪的配偶已超過
「
ÇáúÜÚöÜÏøÉõ」
之期限，他們需要重新成立婚約
。

If the
marriage was consummated, and the spouse who committed Ri'dda'h
returns to Islam within what would be the period of ^i'dda'h,
then no new marriage contract is needed. If the one who committed Ri'dda'h
returned to Islam after the time of ^i'dda'h elapsed, they need
a new marriage contract. |
|
4.如果這對夫婦中，犯出教之罪的配偶還沒有重返伊斯蘭（或是如果需要重新成立婚約而不重新成立婚約）這種情形之下有性行為，那就是通姦
(񚊂)

|
If the
couple had sexual intercourse before the one who committed ku'fr
returned to Islam, and before making a marriage contract, if needed,
this is adultery (Zi'na). |
|
5.如果某穆斯林在封齋(戒)時犯了出教之罪，那麼出教之罪就破壞了他的齋(他封的齋無效)。 |
|
If a
Muslim was fasting and committed Ri'dda'h, it breaks his fast. |
|
6.如果某穆斯林已經做「
ÇáÊøóíÜóãøõã
」(土淨)，而之後犯了出教罪的話，那麼他的
「
ÇáÊøóíÜóãøõã
」(土淨)已失效。

|
If a
Muslim had done Atta'ya'mmu'm and then committed Ri'dda'h,
his Atta'ya'mmu'm is no longer valid. |
|
7.如果某個出教者
(ãõÜÑúÊÜóÏ)宰殺動物，那麼他所宰的肉是禁止
(ÍóÜÑóÇã)
的。

|
If
a Mu'rta'd slaughters, the meat is Ha'ram
(forbidden) to eat. |
|
8. 出教者(ãõÜÑúÊÜóÏ)不可繼承穆斯林親戚的遺產，並且如果出教者死亡時，他(出教者)的穆斯林親戚也不允許從他那裡繼承任何遺產。 |
|
A Mu'rta'd
is neither allowed to accept inheritance from a Muslim relative, nor
when the Mu'rta'd dies is a Muslim relative allowed to inherit
from him. |
|
9.
出教者(ãõÜÑúÊÜóÏ)不能成立任何婚約，也無法有正確的婚姻關係。 |
|
Someone
who is Mu'rta'd cannot make nor have a correct marriage
contract. |
|
10.當出教者(ãõÜÑúÊÜóÏ)死亡時，禁止為他祈求或殯禮，也禁止把他的屍體葬於穆斯林的墓地。不需洗和包(裹)他的屍體，如果以穆斯林的方式來處理出教者(ãõÜÑúÊÜóÏ)，那就是禁止的(ÍóÜÑóÇã)。他的財產此時變成了「FAI'ON」(ÝóÆñ)【註2】，這些錢可分給窮人，或者用於任何對伊斯蘭社會有利的事情。 |

When a Mu'rta'd
dies, it is forbidden to pray for him, and it is forbidden to bury him
in a Muslim cemetery. It is not required to wash nor wrap his body, but
if this is done it is not Ha'ram. His money is Fa'y',
which can be distributed to the poor or used for the benefit of the
Muslims. |

第一、如果她是屬於有月經的婦女，她的
Eiddah
的時期就是三次月經的時間。
第二、如果她是屬於不會有月經的婦女，她的
Eiddah
的時期就是三個月的時間。
第三、如果她是屬於懷孕的婦女,她的
Eiddah
的時期直到她生下孩子為止。
